Gatling Gun prefab (VRCHAT)

The asset is a Gatling gun model 1876. A ten-barreled, decades ahead of its time brass monster. Capable of bringing down a whirlwind of bullets on the target at a speed of up to 800 rounds per minute. The Gatling gun must be installed on your avatar, after which you can place it in any VRChat world anywhere within a 1000 meter radius from the spawn point

Asset information

• Includes unity package with the prefab of the gun, detailed and easy to understand video guide, and text installation guide.
• Can be installed automatically with VRCFury or manually with Avatar 3.0 manager
• Gatling gun can be placed anywhere in the world, and will be synced in 1000m radius from spawn point
• Position is syncronized to other players in 4-5 seconds so even later joined users would be able to see and use it in the same place you puted it.
• Uses 40 parameter slots on the avatar
• Contains an "infinite ammo" toggle so you will never run out of ammo if you activate it.

1. Interactive manual reload system

2. Interactive aiming and shooting system using physbones

4. Fully usable by other players

Required for use:

- Unity project with VRChat SDK v3.7.0 or newer, and an avatar on which the installation will be made

- 40 free parameter slots on the avatar

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. This prefab is NOT QUEST COMPATABLE, ITS PC ONLY, (maybe in the future i will add a quest version)

2. This prefab may reduce your avatar performance to "Very Poor". This is mainly due to the sound system, which uses 8 sound tracks which is above the "poor" threshold.

3. The gattling gun can ONLY be used if you have VR with CONTROLLERS. If you do not have a VR headset with controllers you can still place the gatling gun for other players to intercat with. BUT YOU CANNOT INTERACT WITH IT YOURSELF.

4. Due to the peculiarities of the position synchronization system, the gatling gun can only be synchronized in a 1000 meter radius from spawn. If you try to place it outside that radius other players won't see it. If you want other players to see it outside the raduis anyway (for video or screenshots outside the 1000 meter radius). Deactivate "Gun is synced to other players" in your menu. Then turn gatling gun off and on while standing still, now it would be seen by players around you who had your avatar on, but not for players who join or unhide your avatar after that. YOUR EXPERIENCE MAY VARY

5. Prefab WILL NOT work on VRChat SDK versions older than v3.7.0

6. The avatar that I used to record demonstration videos is not on sale with the asset.

Allowed Uses

1. You may install this asset on your own private or public VRChat avatars.
2. You may freely use this asset in video content (credit is appreciated but not required).
3. You may commission or take commissions to place this asset on an avatar, provided BOTH you and your client own the asset.

Prohibited Uses

1. You may not share any of the files with individuals who do not own the asset.
2. You may not include any of the files in a free or purchasable avatar package.
3. You may not complain about Quest compatibility (as this asset is not Quest-compatible).
4. You may not complain that your project is broken after you installed prefab or other software that are needed to install it (Because the installation guide clearly states CREATE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR PROJECT)
